On this tour you will get to visit the town of Jaco, one of the most popular beach towns in all of Costa Rica due to its proximity to the capital city of San Jose; along the way you will enjoy some breathtaking views of the Aguacate mountains, shortly after a stop at the word famous Tarcoles River, where you will have the chance to see crocodiles in their natural environment, some measuring up to 19 ft long.

Your next stop is at the Vista los Suenos Canopy Tour. Here you will be geared up with harnesses and helmets and start a 15 minute tractor ride to the top of the mountains, where you will enjoy outstanding panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Nicoya Peninsula, and then glide on a series of zip lines and platforms back to the ground.
For the less adventurous we have the Rain Forest Explorer , where along with our tour guides  you will get to explore the ancestral uses of medicinal plants, how vines grow, which tree barks are poisonous and how to survive by eating local plants. Also walk through our plantation and get a taste of organically grown papayas, bananas and many other tropical fruits.
For lunch we will take you to the beautiful Canciones Del Mar Hotel, this is on a ocean front property and you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious typical lunch, hang at the pool or just lay on the beach.  Some of the best shopping for Costa Rican souvenirs is also only a block away.
*And for the most adventurous we have the afternoon ATV tour in the mountains: the journey begins from downtown Jaco towards the background mountains of the Central Pacific area; enjoy the surrounding green tropical scenery driving up this dirt road all the way to the top where the magnificent coastline and mountain views await for you.  Take a rest at little typical restaurant up in the  highlands of Bijagual’s village, then get ready to get back down to the beach  but not before you snap a picture to capture the beauty of the hidden “Del Zorro” waterfall.

Departure time: 7:00am.

Returning time: 4:00pm.

Duration: Full Day.

What to bring: Extra clothes, towel, sunscreen, hat, sun glases, insect repellent and cameras.

This tour includes: Transportation, 2 hours of Canopy Tour or 1.5 hours of nature walk, Lunch and the use of the hotel facilities.
